Berman, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, announced that DAVID TAYLOR, a state-licensed doctor, was convicted by a jury for writing medically unnecessary prescriptions for oxycodone over a five-year period. The verdict followed a one-week jury trial before United States District Court Judge Andrew L. Carter, Jr. U.S. Attorney Geoffrey S. According to newspaper reports, Special Counsel recommends no prison for Michael Flynn. Will this persuade the Judge? In my opinion, the prosecutor runs the show.
